Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Entries received through a purchase and entries received through the free Alternate Method of Entry (below) have an equal chance of winning.

To enter any active sweepstakes without making a purchase, mail a handwritten request on a 3" x 5" card including your full name, email address used on your OutRageUs TIX account, mailing address, date of birth, and the name of the sweepstakes you wish to enter, to: [MAILING ADDRESS].

• Requests must be received before the entry cutoff date shown on the sweepstakes page.
• Limit one free entry request per envelope. Mechanically reproduced requests are not accepted.
• Free entries are credited to your account and are shown alongside purchased entries.

Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries at the draw time shown on each sweepstakes page. Each draw uses a pre-committed SHA-256 seed hash that is published before entries close, so anyone can verify that the result was not altered. Results are posted on the Winners page. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• Each prize package is valued at or below $5,000 USD, as described on the sweepstakes page.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is allowed, except at our discretion or where required by law. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Winners will be contacted by email and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. A winner who does not respond within 7 days may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be drawn.
• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be asked for tax information and issued an IRS Form 1099.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You may hold only one account. We may suspend or close accounts, and void entries, that we reasonably believe involve fraud, multiple accounts, automated entry, or any violation of these Terms.

Merchandise bundles are sold for their stated price; any sweepstakes entries included with a bundle are a free bonus. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

The site and services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for technical failures, lost or late entries, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, including Florida Statutes § 849.094, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect sweepstakes already in progress.
