Refund Policy

• You can cancel an order for a full refund before the entry cutoff date of the related sweepstakes. The bonus entries that came with the order are removed when it is refunded.
• After the entry cutoff, entries are locked for the draw, so orders cannot be cancelled. Defective or damaged merchandise can still be replaced or refunded (see below).

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date). Include your order number and a photo where relevant. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

If we cancel a sweepstakes before the draw, you will get a full refund for bundles bought for that sweepstakes, or you can choose to move your entries to another active sweepstakes.

Unused wallet deposits can be refunded to the original payment method on request. Amounts already used for orders follow the rules above.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by law.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer.
